Cupertino, California | city

USA / California / Cupertino /

Cupertino is a suburban city in Santa Clara County, California, United States. It is located on the western edge of the Santa Clara Valley, with portions extending into the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains. The population was 58,302 at the 2010 census. It is also the city where the headquarters of Apple Inc. is located.

A major cause of a demographic shift is that many immigrants moving from Asia to the Bay Area wish to enroll their children in high-quality public schools, and select the well-known Cupertino Union School District and Fremont Union High School District. This affects the value of real estate in a positive way.

Comments

  • One of the best places you could ever live. If you can afford it. And if you don't mind a practically dead nightlife.
  • Also know as CHINABURB. (Not just Chinatown) The most friendly and professional Chinese and Indian people you'll ever meet.
  • Fantastic schools. If you have kids, you should try to move here.
  • Cupertino is now 75 percent Asian. Even the number of Latinos is deceasing (quite an odd tendency in California) because it's just almost completely an Asian town.
