  To have spent £80,000,000 on this building when there is such terrible poverty outside of the walled, landscaped and watered gardens is nothing short of obscene. Furthermore, even if the local villagers wanted to go in there is no chance of them being able to raise the compulsory 250 rupee entrance fee.
