Clothing shop, formerly Borders bookshop and before that offices for the Royal Bank of Scotland (the two ATMs on the north side of the building are the only vestige of the RBS's one time ownership of the building). For a while it was also a branch of All Saints.

Since 2022 it has been a branch of Lush - in fact it is the biggest branch in the UK.
