airport, gliding club

RAF Andreas was an RAF airfield. It was built in fields between Andreas and Bride on the Bride to Andreas Road. A new road named the Burhma Road was created. The facility is now privately owned and many of its buildings still exist. They are mostly used for storage, the local gliding club -- Andreas Gliding Club -- still uses the airfield.
