The Seelbach Hotel, now known as the Seelbach Hilton, was founded by Bavarian-born brothers Louis and Otto Seelbach. It is located in downtown Louisville, Kentucky, United States, and was featured in F. Scott Fitzgerald's The Great Gatsby as the Mulbach Hotel where Tom and Daisy Buchanan were wed. The hotel's sale in 1956 from the Eppley chain to the Sheraton Corporation was part of the second largest hotel sale in United States history. Today the hotel is currently affiliated with the Hilton chain and enjoys four-star, four-diamond status.

Built in 1904, the hotel is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The 1999 film "The Insider" included a scene filmed at the Seelbach Hotel.
