Wine production in ancient Hersonissos was originated more than 2,000 years ago. Inkerman Winery in Sevastopol is large winery - created in 1961 following traditions of ancient winemaking.

Here, deep in the rock at a depth of 30-50 meters, in oak barrels and casks INKERMAN wine is stored. Underground cellars area exceeds 55 000 sq. meters, up to 15 million liters of wine are stored underground.

Today - this is one of the largest wine cellars of Europe.
