  • It renovated in 1995, it turns out. "Rice Food Market has announced plans to renovate the Rice Epicurean Market at 3745 Westheimer at Weslayan. The store, which will include a coffee and dessert bar and See's Candies boutique, will expand from 28,500 square feet to 35,000 square feet. The store will remain open during the renovations, which are expected to be completed in late fall."
