This pub is difficult to find, you won't see many tourists in here. This building was used by the Duke of Wellington's Grenadier Guards as a mess. The walls are cluttered with military memorabilia. This is in an exclusive area of London and considered a gentleman's club, so avoid tourist dress (shorts, t-shirts, etc.) They have a good selection of food, a bit pricey as pub food goes. The specialty is a Bloody Mary made from a secret recipe.
This pub boasts the oldest pewter bar and has a reputation of being the most haunted pub in London.
