Part of the City of Westminster in London. Was owned by Richard Grosvenor in the past, who started developing it in 1820's.
It is relatively quiet district in the heart of London that is characterise by grand terraces and white stucco houses.
Belgravia was one of most fashionable districts in London and remains so to this day, estates in Belgravia are one of the most expensive in the world, large house in this area often costs more than $19 million.
