The Pakini Nui wind farm, located near the southern tip of the Big Island of Hawai'i, was completed in 2007 and is owned and operated by Apollo Energy Corporation and provides power to Hawaii Electric Light Company (HELCO). It consists of fourteen 1.5 Megawatt GE 1.5se turbines, for a total nameplate capacity of 21 Megawatts.
