This "New Objectivity" style building was home to Western Supplies Ltd., presumably around 1950 as indicated by the date plaque by the front door. For many years, this was the original home of The Awl Shoppe shoe and luggage repair business (now located on 2nd Ave).

Since 2006 it was home to Caffè Sola, an espresso bar and Mediterranean restaurant (closed August 31, 2013). The building also housed Tesella Stone Carvers Inc., a stoneworking studio (current status unknown).
