146-foot, 19-story early-modern style dormitory completed in 1961. Designed by Hyman Isaac Feldman as an apartment building, it was later converted to a university residence hall, now owned by Yeshiva University, and operated for its Stern College for Women. Above the black polished granite ground floor, it is clad in glazed white brick, five bays wide. The entrance is in the 2nd bay from the east, with a blue canvas canopy extending out onto the sidewalk. In the bay to the left of the entrance is a band of five window panes, and to the right are three bays of three windows each, all set in metal frames. A service door is at the far west end.

Long bands of windows cross each of the floors above, with black brick at the piers between the bays. The center bays has double-windows, the bays on either side have triple-windows (1-over-1 panes at the ends and a single pane in the middle), and the end bays have five windows (1-over-1 panes at the middle and ends, with single panes in between). The windows band are all in grey metal frames. Small, narrow, horizontal vents are located below each bay.

The end bays set back above the 17th floor, above which the ends of the center bays angle back. The east elevation is clad in brown brick with two bays of single-windows at the center.
