A minor railway station on Vilnius-Maladzyechna railway line, where it joins up with the southern bypass of Vilnius. The station is mostly used to move freight trains out of the way for passenger trains to pass. Despite its meager size, this station sees very heavy freight train traffic. Also the station serves as a stop for suburban train Vilnius-Kena.
