A railway halt on Vilnius-Daugavpils line, near the state border with Latvia. Sadly, these days train movement between Turmantas and Daugavpils is reduced to the minimum, with both freight trains from Švenčionėliai and suburban services from Vilnius terminating at this station. The only train to continue its journey further is international train Vilnius-Daugavpils-Saint Petersburg.
