The self-proclaimed Bad Waitress asks you to write up your own order at your table, then bring it up to the cashier to pay. Once you do that they will bring your order to your table. Its a hipster coffee/restaurant. It should also serve as a reminder to think carefully before choosing a name -- the joke isn't so funny when the service actually is bad.
