Three joined 6-story Renaissance-revival residential building with a common facade, completed in 1902, renovated in 2003. Designed by Bernstein & Bernstein with a flamboyant facade of dark red brick and limestone accents. The 2nd and 6th floors are banded, and the middle floors have stone quoins around each of the windows, most of which also have eared stone lintels with a few differing styles of keystones. The roof line is marked by a banded brick parapet that replaced the cornice in 2012. The exposed southern wall is clad in plain red brick. The ground floor is occupied by Yana Herbal Beauty Salon, Bar Pitti and Da Silvano, an Italian restaurant staple of Manhattan. Da Silvano is owned and operated by Silvano Marchetto. This is a popular place to spot celebrities.
