This was built as a Putt-Putt miniature golf center (it became "Brazos Valley Golf and Games" before closing c. 2006). Paradise Scuba moved here in early 2008 (from Parkway Square shopping center), selling scuba gear, licenses, and offering swimming lessons, and expanding the building but demolishing most of the outside features. Despite updating the property significantly, it closed in June 2012 for good. In 2014 it reopened as a second location as Aggieland Cycling, likely destroying the indoor pool Paradise added.
