5-story Italianate cast-iron residential building completed in 1874. Designed by John H. Whitenack as a store-and-loft building, the 3-bay facade is painted dark grey. The Doric columns have fluted bases on the ground floor. Dentiled cornices separate each floor, and there is a metal fire escape running down the left two-thirds of the facade. The ground floor is occupied by Maud Frizon Paris accessories.
