Naryab is an ancient town in the area, having different archaeological sites, date back to Moghal Era namely Bibi Ziarat, Thor Kot, Bichi Mela, Gujarro Pyala, etc. It has seven Chollas (Synonymous to Mohallas in the local dialect i.e. Paakhto) and eight Bandas.
