Kelly Hall was completed in 1967 under architects Baeder, Young and Schultz. It was the first men’s dormitory on Drexel’s campus. Its design provides a common bi-level lounge shared between the residents of every two floors for studying and socializing. In 1967 the first residents moved into Kelly Hall, despite the fact that the first few floors were not done until later that year. Kelly Hall currently houses 404 undergraduate students.
