Except for the home in the southeast corner, this plot of almost 10 acres of land (from Hwy 41 on the east side to the creek bordering the left side) has been in the Chaney Family care since 1992.

During the 80's, the southern half of this plot was used as a popular barrel-training facility for sport horse owners.
