The Lily White Laundry complex located at 700 South Osprey Avenue represents several distinct styles of architecture. The large, industrial Utilitarian Style building in back, Bldg. A (Circa 1926), is the subject of this historic designation. The Quonset Hut, Bldg. B (Circa 1946), and the Streamlined Art Moderne structure, Bldg. C (Circa 1946) are not historic designations at this time.
