This location currently houses a Super Wal-Mart built after much controversy with the neighborhoods immediately to the east. It has dropped the property value of those houses a significant deal, but continues to do incredible business, threatening the Target across the street. Since the Wal-Mart's opening, residents have also complained about heavily increased traffic. The interesting thing about this Walmart (originally "Wal-Mart Supercenter" but rebadged as "Walmart") was that according to DeadMalls.com, it was the first "upscale" Wal-Mart Supercenter that had fake wood floors, wider aisles, a huge wine selection, no guns, no big automotive section and no fabric department. Most of these features were incorporated into later Walmart layouts.
