Living on Alexan Blvd adjacently North of the Landfill, I cannot ever smell it or even see it. It is only noticable by the volume of trucks on route 16 (Horseblock Rd) and only on rare occasions can the smell be noticed while driving by the entrance on Horseblock Rd (Route 16).

Today(4/15/08)I passed by the landfill where I noticed what appeared to be similar to above ground oil storage tanks.EXACTLY WHAT ARE THEY?
