80 warehouse-style apartments in a converted factory building. The part of the building bordering Augurs Lane, Tunmarsh Road and Jedburgh Road was originally a tram shed. When this closed, it was amalgamated into the Whitefield's chocolate factory. Later years saw it used as a clothing factory before conversion into apartments - called The Spectacle Works, despite specs never being manufactured there - in 1999.
