When we set out 10 years ago to plan a community totally unique to the region, we were following our hearts. At Baxter Meadows, we craved something different than an endless sea of beige and taupe houses piled on each other. We longed to be connected to people, to have space to roam, and to live in a community that spoke of who we are. We set out, and succeeded, in proving that living life different is good living.

Urban sprawl strips neighborhood of many great qualities.Perhaps one of the most notable missing elements is the room to move and to recreate within your own community. At Baxter Meadows, nearly half of the development is devoted to open space. That means when you walk your dog, you are on natural trails lining creeks or surrounding one of our two fish-stocked lakes. Small parks abound with native foliage and a large regional park is home to several animal species to bring more of Montana into the neighborhood.

Montana's first mixed use community. This unique planned community is located at the base of the Bridger Mountain Range in the beautiful Gallatin Valley. Designed in the tradition of an historic neighborhood, this premier Montana development features a range of housing and business opportunities in combination with open space, tree lined boulevards, parks including the 100-acre regional park and a school.
