  • I worked on this Dam for 19 years from 1979 to 1998. In July 1980 spillway was dismentalled as foundation leakage of earth dam reducing capacity to store water to one third ie 120 mcft. Then in @ 1992 the chekdam in approach channel to spillway increase it to 240 mcft. The condition remain as it is today. BEST NATURAL DAM SITE BUT FOR FOUNDATION POROSITY IT AVTS LIKE A RECHARGE DAM.
