THE DAM WATER IS BEING UTILISED THROUGHOUT THE YEAR FOR AGRICULTURE IN SOUTH GUJRAT AND DADRA & NAGAR HAVELI (U.T.) THE DAM IS CONSTRUCTED ON RIVER DAMAN GANGA. IN THE YEAR 2004 ON 2ND AUGUST THERE WAS A BIG FLOOD IN SILVASSA.

  • madhuban dam is one of the best dam of gujarat,dadra nagar haveli and daman. lekin kamnasibi to dekhiye ki ye tino area me industrial developement hi itna jyada ho chuka hai ki kheti ki koi itni jagah bhi nahi bachi hai ki dam ka pani istemal ho.samay aisa aayega ki dam ka pani industries hi use karegi ki mano dam unhi ke liye hi bana ho.
  • everything is o.k but ask farmers whether they getting benefits of it?is they getting "Do waqt ki roti aur sukh bhari neend"they need some more help
