1-story community center originally completed in 1927 as a public restroom, or "comfort station". It was renovated in 1987, and the building is now used by a neighborhood organization, and is often mistaken for a former entrance to the 96th St (1)(2)(3) subway station. It now contains a large multi-purpose meeting room and office space that also serves the Auxiliary Police Unit of the 24th Precinct. It is clad in beige brick and stone, with a sloped copper roof. The south facade has three bays of round-arches, with a small window in the center bay (with a stone surround and triangular pediment) and gated doors in the outer bays, below lanterns. Each arch is topped by a small scrolled keystone.

The east and west facades have two similar arched at each end, with brick infill instead of actual openings. They are separated by simple pilasters. The wider space in between has a band of glass blocks set high up on the walls. The north facade similarly has three arches with brick infill.
