This building houses offices of many MNCs like Wipro, HCL, Ford, Invensys, Sutherland and many more. It has ample parking space both outside the building and in the G-Floor. But as of 2007 June there is a lot of space which is still in completion, or yet to be occupied. But the road to the south is a mess. One of our clients vomited as soon as they got out of the car at the building entrance. Sadly it has still not been improved.

  • New Recruitees from campus selection from reknowned colleges and IITs get trained and sent here for posting.But the infrastrure is so scarce even to locate through GOOGLE help is only if put herein b like mimnded individuals. Now it cannot be said IT Boon is getting turned as curse for new recruits as they get exploited by the GREED & LUST of society.GOD SAVE THEM ALL.
  • I wish to share my honest view about this Chennai one IT park. This is run by an unprofessional people. Their only focus is on Money . We entered this building to operate a canteen in Food court area. Agreement was signed with beautiful un written commitments. Once we started the operations it was ZERO support . They started act as Gundas. Started to debit our money for their inefficiency Since our security deposit is with them and our investment is huge, we don't have option to shed our blood. GUYS for GOD sake pls don't enter this building. The owner of this building never cares for the operations happing in this building .
