551-foot, 43-story International-style office building completed in 1963. Designed by Emery Roth & Sons, it was first known as the Burroughs Building. Later names included the Unisys Building and Wiley Building, and is currently known as the Neuberger Berman Building, named after a financial services firm. It is clad in a curtain wall of metal and glass, with black spandrels and light-grey mullions, above a 3-story base of black granite columns and glass infill.

On Third Avenue the main tower portion, at the center, overhangs the triple-height main entrances at the ground floor, the rear of which are aligned with the 11-story set-back wings on either side of the tower. There are four larger bays at the base; a 2015 renovation extended the lobby out to the front of the two center bays, with glass infill, and added entrances with revolving doors to the sides of these bays, beneath the ceiling of the flanking two bays. The 11-story wings on either side both span five bays, each with two window panes and spandrel panels. The central, main tower spans ten such bays, rising straight up to the roof line, with the mullions enhancing the verticality of the design.

On the south and north facades, the wings drop down to seven floors at their eastern halves. Above there are two additional setbacks, at the 11th and 13th floor, giving way to the main tower, which spans 18 bays on its north and south sides. On the east facade, the base has only two floors, with most of the lower level filled by grey brick, and sitting behind a chain-link fence topping the low red brick wall that lines the Tunnel Exit Street bordering the lot. There is a setback above the 13th floor to the set-back main tower. There are freight entrances in the eastern two bays at both the north and south facades.

Besides the lobby, the rest of the ground floor is occupied by a Citizens Bank branch, a Starbucks coffee, Orange Theory Fitness, and Wagamama restaurant.
