SEK stands for Science and Education (of) Korea, a DPRK state-owned animation studio founded in 1997 which works as sub-contractor to animators or animation houses throughout Europe as well as ROK and the US. This is where Guy Delisle worked as supervising complete a French children's cartoon, as recollected in his graphic novel/memoir, Pyongyang.
