One of DPRK and P'yŏngyang's major universities(it is the Korean version of MIT) named after KPA general Kim Chaek (there is also a city in east coat of DRPK of the same name); facilities and amenities are excellent KCUOT is freqently a tour destination of foreign heads of state and other foreign callers in P'yŏngyang; this is the most significant DRPK educational resource for its special weapons programs
