3-story Greek-revival mercantile building originally completed in 1842 as a trio of rowhouses with stores. They are clad in reddish-brown brick with metal cornices over the nine bays of windows. A metal canopy is suspended over the ground floor of the center building. They were joined in the mid-1900s, and now house the Old Homestead Steak House. A large, vertical sign for the restaurant is mounted on the corner of the facade, and a fiberglass model cow is mounted on the 2nd floor, above the outdoor seating area.

The Old Homestead Steakhouse was founded in 1868 and was responsible for bringing Kobe beef to America in the 90's. It is considered to be one of the oldest steakhouses in New York City.
