2-story Art-Moderne mercantile building completed in 1941. Designed by Charles H. Stadler for the Spanish-American Mercantile Company as a store and office building. It is clad in tan brick, painted yellow on the Greenwich Street side. A simple roof parapet, stepped up in the center of each facade, tops the building. In 1972, the Holland Bros. Realty, Inc./Holland Beef Corp. acquired this building and in 1973 altered it as a meatpacking plant, which closed in 1977.

It is currently occupied by the Gansevoort location of Hermès of Paris which was renovated by Spacesmith.
