  nowadays this place is getting real bad...noisy! very annoying! Constructions going everywhere fm 8am till 6pm. can you give me a break, i need to sleep

  Carmen, ya, i oso heard my frenz are complaining abou that too. if the construction is stop, this will be a very nice apartment to stay! The KwangYee boss oso stays here too.
