Frazee is a city in sections 26 and 35 of Burlington Township, Becker County, Minnesota. It is the second most populous city in Becker County, with 1,335 residents at the 2020 census.

Frazee was first settled in 1870, platted in 1873, and incorporated in 1891; had a station of the Northern Pacific Railroad.
