Archaia Nemea (Greek: Αρχαία Νεμέα, "Ancient Nemea", before 1958: Κουτσομόδι - Koutsomodi, or also Ηράκλειον - Irakleion[1]) is a village in Greece named after the nearby ruins of the ancient town of Nemea. The old name of this place was Koutsoumadhi and Iraklion. At the 2001 census, it had 695 inhabitants.
