Old trailer park with many old buildings remain, along with numerous still-lived in mobile homes and old cabins. The portion of town showing the most interest to ghost towners lies south of the large dike along the south side of 5th Street, at the south end of town. There are numerous remains of old buildings flooded out by the twin tropical storms of 1976 and 1977.
