  • Its a nice cosmo area of the city. It is surrounded by the SRPF Camp and ASPT on either sides and hence the roads are of use to the people staying in the locality. Has got crowded these days because of plethora of malls though. I have my nest here!

  • My name is Vijay Pathak and I am the resident of NIBM. My children studying at Rosary School. Sankatharan Mandir is my favorite. Every day evening Aarthi is famous at this temple by His Holiness Muslanath and Trisulnath. Here Shiva Temple is famous. It is a story that when Pandava at banwas, bhima establish the Shiva linga to perform his routine pooja. Nandi pooja is famous here We go around the village with Nandi once in a year. Shivrathri is very famous here for the resident of Kondhwa and NIBM. Service to the lord Vijay Pathak

  • My daughter lives here.Its a nice and an excellent place, well connected to Pune Railway Station, SwarGate Bus Station. Availability of all the grocery,cutlery items, vegetables, bakery products plentily. I can very well compare this area with Nana Chowk, Grant Road of South Mumbai.
