Shopping mall geared toward the Hispanic community. Built in the 1960s as an outdoor mall called Seminary South (because it's on Seminary Drive, down the street from the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary), it later was remodeled into an indoor mall called Fort Worth Town Center. It changed owners, was remodeled again, and is now La Gran Plaza.

In 1974, three young girls disappeared from the Seminary South parking lot and have not been found to this day.
