It is a small but beatiful public park of Hayatabad Town (Peshawar, Pakistan). There are many marry-go-rounds in park, a small train that run on the railway track round the boundaries of the park. There is a small (the dark green area in the google earth image), for boating. Nice place to hangon on the weekends.
