How can you call Ploiesti "a Bucharest suburb", when it is the capital of a county and it has such a huge range of industries and it's own suburbs? See the "suburb" definition at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suburb. Do we wish to be precise on Wikimapia and make it an useful info website, or just make another joke's website?

I've resized the polygon, the old one was too streched. Now it follows more accurate the shape of the administrative area of the city as stated on the maps approved by The National Agency of Cadastre and Land Registration.
