A boutique hotel located in the Theater District of downtown Houston, Texas. The building originally opened in 1926 as the Auditorium Hotel, designed by renowned Houston architect Joseph Finger and built by investor Michele DeGeorge, who came to the United States from Sicily in 1882. The building features Italian Renaissance detailing in the upper stories and in 1984, shortly after being renamed as the Lancaster Hotel, it was recorded as a Texas Historical Landmark.
