St. Athanasius Church (Varna)

In 1860 a church was built, dedicated to St. Athanasius the Great, Archbishop of Alexandria in the Vinitsa district of Varna. This is clear from the inscriptions on the icons in the temple. Some of the icons in the temple have been restored, and the year indicated on them - 1861 is probably the year in which God's house was completed, furnished and consecrated.
