It's a village with 3-4000 people. Most of people are leaving in houses only 0.5% leaving in blocks. There is a bit of industry as mushroom factory, chicken factory.There is an unfinished channel meant to bring necessary water in the village from the Olt River. There is also a nice church which was painted by Nicolae Tatarascu. The village is full of pubs.
