Raga Foundations' Sree Niketan, the erstwhile Block 51 of Gautham Colony.
Originally built in 1972, it has weathered all storms and stood through the test of time for the past three and a half decades.

Renovated and reoccupied in April 2008.
The primary residents are K.S.Sampath and family, Narasimhan and family, Nilakantan and family & Swaminathan and family.

  • This block has now been rechristened to 'Shri Niketan' after renovation. Demolition of the old building started in Jul 2006 and the new block was constructed and ready for occupation from Apr 2008. Post renovation by Raga Foundation, this block is now home to 8 families.
