  This 2nd block is the best block out of blocks 1 to 5 in HBR 1st stage. Accessibility to central bangalore and to the ring road is very good. Lots of shops closeby. Ambience is good. Roads are wide but not tarred. Needs a lot of infrastructure development by the BBMP. The lake closeby can be developed.

  3rd block is equally good or better than 2nd block. 2nd and 3rd block forms the central part of HBR layout, separated by 80 feet road.
