  "Houses the worst child offenders in Britain" This description is not only inaccurate its completely ignorant and irresponsible. Infact Kesteven house was not just a secure unit,it also had 3 open units that housed some of the most vunerable young adults,who either were on a care order, a danger to them selves or others or their parent simply couldnt cope.
