In 1992, Taylor University acquired the property, home to Summit Christian College. On October 13, 2008, the university announced plans to discontinue traditional undergraduate programs at the Fort Wayne Campus.
Taylor University has entered a strategic partnership with Fort Wayne-based Ambassador Family Enterprises with a goal of determining the next steps for the property and buildings that comprise the Taylor University Fort Wayne (TUFW) campus.
As of 2012, the campus was home to Crossroads Bible College of Indianapolis and Grace College of Winona Lake, Indiana.
